This will most likely be the only post-humus review submitted as sidely this cafe is no longer with us at the time of writing. It still merits saying that this was one of the finest cafes with a great range and good taste. Is now a subway sadly.

Called in for lunch and won't be back again. The food was served Luke warm, the potatoes were tasteless and all in all over priced. Would I eat here again?? Would I recommend it? Absolutely not.staff not very helpful or polite .

This small cafe sitting in the historic part of Newry should be packed with people but instead lies half full at best. The food is nothing to write about and avoid the coffee as it's bitter with an after taste.

Went with three friends. Found they did not have all on the menu. It was only 3 pm. The food was basic and very average. This place is a glorified sandwich and snack bar,. Service poor. Prices too dear for all it is. I will not rush back ,neither will my two friends.

Olive is situated in the Quays shopping centre near the main door from the canal. This place is a hidden gem, very tranquil with beautifully prepared food. A step above your normal shopping centre eating place
