Having never been to Newry for saint Patricks day i was mildly surprised at the crowds that were in attendance to watch the parade. In visiting the Quayside inn after the parade again i was taken aback at the friendlyness of the staff even thought the place was very busy and the staff coundn't do enough for us. Food and... More

We got the steak night deal - two ten ounce steaks, mash, onion rings, mushrooms, tomatoes, salad and peppercorn sauce all for £22! The steak was huge and was really beautiful - one of the best steaks I've had as whole the whole meal! Prompt service and nice staff as well. Will definitely be recommending it!

food, service, atmosphere and other clients are all just a little sub-par. this is popular with the heavy boozing crowd who want to pre soak their night in the bar. its fine, no complaints and you will more than likely have a decent meal, but err there are other nicer places is all.
