Food was really nice. The whole restaurant was cool and seeing people on the ride go past. The 3 course meal had plenty of options and all tastes good. The bread was coconut bread and was hot and tasted great. I would definitely come back...to this place againMore

Firstly, I have to admit we were expecting it to be overpriced as it's in Disney, and it's definitely that. However you should already know this if you intend to book so I won't comment on the eye watering prices that we expected. I would...have loved to have given this a better rating and based on other reviews maybe we just caught them on a bad night? We booked for dinner and arrived slightly early but were promptly seated. Our waiter asked if we'd seen the menu on-line, which I confirmed we had, although it wasn't until 15 minutes of sitting at the table without having been seen that we assumed maybe we would need to view that one again. Once someone came to take our order, we ordered a cocktail each, starter and main. The waiter brought bread including some warm gluten free bread for me (although as it was warned and left in a plastic wrapper it could only be described as soggy - so close). The starters were okay, my husband enjoyed his fritters and I had the chicken salad. Low on chicken, high on pickled veg. Then the mains, which is where I scored this down to poor. I ordered the Mahi Mahi in "coconut sauce", which I'd really been looking forward to. When it arrived, it came in a tomato sauce. On asking the waiter he told us that the menu says it's a coconut sauce but it's actually tomato with a bit if coconut in it, then he rushed away offering no alternative or apology. I'm not a great lover of tomato sauce and the coconut may have breathed near the sauce some time 10 years ago, so despite some nice fish, it made for a very expensive disappointment. My husband quite liked the suckling pig, though nothing special. We also ordered two cocktails, which were nice, but no chance to order a second drink at any stage and no water for the table either. It seemed more of a rush job than anything. After the disappointment of the main, we just left without dessert. The restaurant itself is a nice place to sit, although I couldn't help but feel they missed an opportunity for any pirate theme, and don't expect to see Jack. Glad I tried it as we wanted to make the most of our Disney break, wouldn't do it again.More

The restaurant is overlooking the Pirate of Caribbean attraction and, while dining, you can see those boats gently sliding by. Theming is smart and well executed, really attractive. Only drawback is that the place is almost completely dark: you can think romantic or ...(as my dear husband...grumbled) “I can't see what I'm eating”. Apart from the ambiance, their "a la carte" plates are top notch and service is very attentive and polite: a unique, pleasing experience among park restaurants.  Our Italian waiter suggested we try two different fish preparations: I had an awesome panko crusted mahi mahi and my husband commented that his wahoo was excellent, perfectly cooked and well presented. He enjoyed a fruit dessert topped with coconut sauce, while I got rice cream with mango, both were delicious. This was by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE we had at a Park restaurant – and surely Jack’s Restaurant can be on par with the best fish restaurants, e.g, of the French Riviera!More

Been here a few times and the food is always lovely. The cod fritters starter is great. The mains are limited if you don't like coconut or are a vegetarian but there are still some great options. Love the theming and atmosphere of the restaurant.

The place is nice, you’ll got that pirate’s cavern feeling. The service is fine, the staff very friendly, the food is average and to expensive.

Firstly, my partner wanted to visit here for a couple of years, so we booked, a quick glance on TripAdvisor i was fairly apprehensive, how wrong i was ! We arrived at 530 pm got sat very quickly and wow, the decor and themeing was...amazing, we ordered off the captains menu. the waiter came back with complimentary warm bread before the starters came. I had black pudding, plantain and meatball trio to start, this was served with caramelized onions which i can say was one of the tastiest starters ive had in a long time. For main i had the suckling pig, which was unbelievably tasty and tender with a tiny bit of spice. i proceeded to mop the sauce up with bread 🙈🤤 For pudding i went for the chocolate tart, ive read that with it being dark chocolate it sometimes isnt to peoples liking, but i for one loved it with the ice cream it was accompanied by. Overall i can honestly say this was my favourite meal of the holiday in which i ate at the rainfores, chef Remys bistrot and the plaza gardens! To everyone who tries this restaurant i hope it will be as nice as my experience.More

We are here at 4pm on Tuesday 18th February. Our server was called Sarah and she was lovely & efficient. We were shown to our table which had a lovely candle lit glow (I only wish we had been seated closer to see the ride...going though the restaurant, as I could see there were better tables- but I didn't grumble) I ate from the Seven seas menu and had the Cod fritter starter, Suckling pig main served with coconut rice with complimentary coconut & sweetcorn breads, and Chocolate tart desert. The food was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised after reading some bad reviews. My 3 course menu cost €46.99. I also had a Pina colada which was absolutely delicious and huge and was €13.99. I would defiantly eat here again, but I think it is more suited to adults than children.More

This place has a wonderful setting and the food is presented lovely but that’s it. The food is no way Caribbean apart from the peas in the rice and the quality of the food is bad. The children’s meal choice isn’t great but my kids...are good eaters and will try most things but I couldn’t blame them for hating their soggy fishy tuna wrap starter and un-crispy Fatty chicken. As a vegetarian my starter and main didn’t taste to bad it was quite bland and there was no taste of any Caribbean spices. My husband sent his main course back as it was cold. It came back hot and in his words was like eating slop.More

On holiday with the wife and my little girl, luckily she is quite adventurous with food. First impressions were fantastic as it looks like eating in a pirate cove. The food looks great and tastes authentic like Caribbean food should taste. The staff were amazing...and food came quick which is useful when you have kids. We had the $40 Treasure Menu and i enjoyed all 3 courses especially the pudding with shortbread and pineapple. I do agree the the price is more than some of the other options available, and for that fact would not chose it again. But we glad we tried it and would not put people off because of the price.More

Went here with two small children and the menu was extremely poor especially for them. Not only this, the quality was dreadful. The starter looked tasted like it had been sat in a fridge for weeks, and the plates were freezing cold also which gave...this away. My kids barely ate a thing as the menu had no simple options for kids and we left feeling hungry and very disappointed as we looked forward to eating there. The children's starter looked absolutely horrible, some cold vegetables arranged in the shape of a Mickey head that was apparently a tart. The quick service restaurants have better quality food than this place for less money, I would not recommend spending the money just for the setting.More

He is there occasionally. We've visited twice since the restaurant opened. first time he wasn't there, the second time he was and really took his time chatting at every table and posing for photos. It was great!
