Was on Beaufort st recently and decided to stop in to the local pub. It's exactly what you'd expect from a pub this age. Good beer on tap. Very wide selection too. Food was really good, though a few of us felt it was pricey for a pub style lunch. Over all, not a bad spot. Great location.

Food is enjoyable but not outstanding and is very highly priced, especially for pub food. Save some money and eat at the nearby cafes and restaurants but enjoy a beer at The Queens.

Its a great venue for a catch up with friends or just to drop by and have a quiet drink as you stroll around the area. The food is ok, but the drinks need some major attention. Offering cocktails is ok, if you have the staff that know how to make them. And a pre-mix does not cut the grade.... More

Visited this pub on numerous occasions during a two weeks stay in the city. It's class. I'll be back....

Visited here 25th January with overseas visitors and other friends. Two orders of fish and chips. They were nice but it was just two small pieces of fish with a handful of chunky chips. Another ordered pizza which was nice and the other order was fine too. Didn't think the meals were worth the price although they were lovely meals.... More

Casual place for a Sunday lunch & wine:). Inside and outside tables. Gets quite busy, thou didn't have to wait to long for food to arrive. I love the rustic look of the place. Staff are always friendly. It's a "go to place" for me living in Perth, so have been many times before :)

A group of friends caught up for lunch on a Fri. It was busy but that did not distract from the service. There was seating inside and outside. The outside was covered with water sprays (mist) to cool you down. The menu had a good selection from small to large meals at reasonable prices. The atmosphere was good and the... More

I hadn't been to the Queens for Dinner in ages. So it was nice to catch up with an old friend for casual dinner and a chat. The funny thing with the Queens is when things get stale and tired they reinvent themselves and for me they are on a winning thing at the moment. I had the fish and... More

First impression was a broken toilet door, hope that got fixed. Nicely laid out restored pub. Food wasn't as good as I was expecting. Prices are high. Nice selection of beer.

The Queens is a mediocre night out at best. I visited with my family for dinner and while the service was OK the food was only just satisfactory. My daughter ordered the special prawn and pasta dish, deliberately avoiding the chilli prawn pasta on the menu. Guess what? It was the same chilli prawn dish with a different pasta being... More
