Must has been around for over a decade and continues to offer good food and service with a matching wine list. Keep an eye for their promotions such as French or Spanish Month. The service is better than most in Perth, with the food reliably good. The price point is fair on the overall offering especially the lunch special of... More

There is something satisfying about having a place to eat other than at home but feels like home. And Must is it for me. The jamon Serrano and Manchego cheese croquettes were very tasty. The chicken liver parfait was as good as always. The beef brisket burger with onion rings was delicious. We also enjoyed couple of glasses of Taittinger... More

If it's an intimate dining experience you are looking for... this is it! My partner and I celebrated our engagement here and every dish was amazing! I had a few oysters but had just missed the oyster happy hour unfortunately. The service was slow on that night but when the waitress came around, she was friendly and professional. However, it... The ‘Must Winebar’ has been around now for what seems like an eternity in restaurant years. The years have not sullied the old girl partly due to continuous refurbishment and attention to detail, with regards to the interior, wine list, and menu. Menu wise the kitchen follows the path of seasonal freshness and liberal experimentalism tied together by classic French... More

I have visited Must quite a number of times over the years and it never fails to impress me. It has a perfect combination of great atmosphere, service, excellent food and an extensive, high-quality wine list with a lot of foreign names. Must actually has several areas, including a bar, a restaurant and a champagne room. All three have different... More

I've been to Must in the past for drinks but did not realize they had a happy hour mid week. $13 glasses of Tattinger and 1/2 off oysters. If i lived in the neighborhood i would be here weekly. I definitely want to come back for dinner after looking at the menu. good service

What a shame the pretty average service let down our visit. Three of us came looking for a great night out with super food, but once we had ordered our main course and wine we were let down severely by inattentive and poor service. The food was tasty enough, but we were left wanting with empty wine glasses and water... More

This place has a lot going for it. Excellent staff who are knowledgable, well-organised, friendly and relaxed. The decor is neutral and creates a feel of something more special while staying informal and accessible. Great selections of wines, cocktails and liquor. The restaurant menu is well selected and the quality of the food is very good (we had steak and... More

Been here a fair few times. Staff have been hit and miss at times but currently bang on the money. Fantastic service, excellent choices of food, oysters always spot on, great selection of wines (huge in fact). Bistro setting or bar equally enjoyable.

Continues to tick the boxes, whether it be for an interesting glass at the bar or full dining experience in the bistro. Seating is cosy and themed well. Steak n chips on a plate...simple but always bang on. The winelist still cracking, plenty of obscure, good value wines to appease both the palate and budget. Keeps on keepin on.
