Poachers is a great place and you should try it when you are in Mountain Village. Its a little out of the beaten path of the main ski plaza. Service is fast and friendly, menu adequate, and food is quite good. Only about 200 yards from main ski plaza.

On our last two visits to Telluride we have frequented Poacher's Pub. The service is quick even though there are often only a cook and a bartender on duty. Plenty of room to stretch out after a morning on the slopes. The food is outstanding. I recommend the mac and cheese, fish and chips or any of there sandwiches which... More

Good place to get $4 beers during happy hour. One of the less expensive places in Telluride. Decent pub food.

The gondola stops at midnight and if you are not ready to call it a nite, stop here. It was a fun environment.

Good pub food, and very cheap for the area. Good local spot, without the fuss. The fish and chips were fired perfectly, that with cheap beer and a game of pool were very welcome at the end of an evening.

We dropped in for a quick lunch and a drink Opening Weekend 2016. The chili was great and the beer certainly did taste good. The staff was friendly and it was full but not crowded. We will definitely be back!!

Great local hangout! Staff attentive and friendly and well priced drinks! Didn't try the food but looked like pretty good options for for bar food and people around us enjoyed. Definitely recommend!
