Simply a wonderful find. This is a quality restaurant not tapas bar with spanish food, wine and company at its best but excellent value. A la carte or menu(s) of the day with a variety of tapas that keep coming. Just sit back and enjoy the afternoon.

A visit worth a stop, the delicious tapas are wonderful. Most of the time you need to stay inside beside there is no real terras for outside. Parking is possible on the parking lot next to the restaurant. The melon pie is a must have. Visit before Guadalest and you have a nice day in the mountains.

I would advise the menu (30€). It includes an endless variation of tapas, main course, dessert and half a bottle of exquisite wine. Owner gave us two bottles of olive oil as a thank you. Must visit when in the neighbourhood.

Good also for bringing kids of five years. Good quality of the food for them too. Had menu of tapas, roast rabbit and roast lamb. All very good.

Lovely family run restaurant. We had fabulous tapas for starters and tasty and tender lamb AS our second course. Family friendly. Have Menu del dia.

Its our favourite Spanish restaurant. When we are in Spain we are regulars and are always made most welcome. Although the tapas is great we find the meat and fish equally good. The meu del dia wine is always excellent. The dining room is cool in summer and has a log fire in winter. In a temperature which suits you... More

We spent an afternoon here for lunch and were unprepared for how great everything was. We had a table outside and shared a plate of 5 tapas (selected by the restaurant) and then grilled lamb (and a lovely bottle of rose). The food was excellent and the owner couldn't have been more helpful, despite my broken Spanish. We didn't feel... More

We love to visit the countryside towns of the Costa Blanca but are often disappointed that they usually do not have any decent restaurants. Benimantell is different in that it has LÓbrer. Vicente and his team are enthusiastic, friendly and are doing something something different and exciting to the norm. The food is great and reasonably priced. This is a... More
