We visited the Chester Moor for lunch today (21 Jan) and have to say it was a good choice. Great parking, nice decor and good availability on the bar. The staff were excellent - attentive and polite. The food was nice pub grub, better than your Wetherspoons standard but not top end. That said, it isn't top end prices so... More

Visited on Sunday afternoon for a late lunch and couldn't praise the experience highly enough. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my allergy despite no pre-warning, even offering the option of a Sunday roast with gluten-free gravy. The food was fantastic - I highly recommend the salmon in white wine sauce! Credit to the chef and thank you so... More

Popped in here for a spot of lunch and pleasantly surprised. Although the restaurant was empty on Monday afternoon bar another couple the service was very good. Fish and chips and a mince in a large Yorkshire pudding. Very tasty and we'll presented will definitely return.

Stopped for lunch around 2:30pm on a Monday afternoon. I had Yorkshire pudding with mince and Mash, wasnt bad but could have been better. Certainly worth another visit to see what the rest of the menus like.

Asked NOT to have an already open bottle of red as there wasn't a full glass left in the bottle (you don't mix reds). Was told we would have to have the bottom of the bottle topped up with a fresh bottle. Not a smart move from Sarah, another lost customer due to poor staff. Shame really. So much for... More

We have avoided here for a few years due to cold meal and just live around the corner. Great value on menu of £11.95 for two meals. My meal was lasagne garlic bread and salad and Mr had fish and chis, the best he has had for a long time batter and fish perfect. Great waitress will definitely be back, advised... More

The bit of the vegetarian sizzler I could eat was alright. Unfortunately I'm intolerant to egg and detest onions. The sizzler had potential when it arrived to be lovely, brocoli, peppers, baby sweetcorn all good veggies, but despite being quite specific about my egg intolerance and whether it could come without onion when it arrived it had both onions and... Lovely pub with decent food, service excellent whole thing a little bit over shadowed by the incessant ringing from the kitchen to let staff know the food is ready
