I have eaten several times at this little restaurant in a small village in the middle of no where. Every time, I have been pleased I made the journey through the windy mountain roads. I gave Casa Piolas a 5 start review after my first visit and raved about it. Sometimes this great experience is a lucky day or a... More

So much creativity combined with flavor and respect for local products, at a bargain price and super warm reception included. Long live Casa Piolas! Casa Piolas is located in a small village in the Andalusian hills. Between Cordoba, Granada and Malaga, in thé olive oil region, endless winding roads through the beautiful countryside will take you to Algarinejo. Besides the... More

This is both very creative and very tradiotional food. It just taste wonderful and the Meat is very good. Go there if you are in the area or close by. Be careful when you drive to the place, small narrow streets

A hidden gem and worth a visit. We often eat here but this time opted for the 12 (yes 12) course tasting Menu. A real gastronomic experience - for the eyes, nose, ears and mouth. Despite having wheat, cows milk, tuna and shellfish intolerances in our group alternative dishes were served. A real gem of a restaurant and a definite... More

...Unbelievable! We've eaten in some pretty amazing restaurants, and this was one of the best of our lives! Whereas some high-end restaurants can be pretentious and stuffy, this was food which celebrated the local region, and the passion of the owners. What can I say? We basically planned our trip around Andalusia to go here. The village is rural, agricultural... More

This local restaurant is like no other we have experiences across the planet! The 15 course menu for E50 was the most outstanding presentation and best tasting we have ever experienced. We were a party of 7. Our Spanish is non-extent and the staff were patient with us. The experience was so good, we are planning to go back with... More

On a recent visit I had the natura tasting menu. I checked out beforehand that it was suitable for a vegetarian ( no meat or fish) and it certainly was. I have never experienced this level of gastronomy for a vegetarian before anywhere. Even more amazing than the wonderful food was that the restaurante was prepared to do this menu... More

Wonderful tapas. Different every time. The attention to detail is amazing. How lucky to find a restaurant like this in a small Spanish village.
