Good food, pleasant staff, could do with softer seats for the elderly. Good parking facilities. Ggood one too call in on way to M1.

Brilliant tasty food and portions, great beer and spirit selection. Lovely location, very helpful and friendly waitresses. Stones throw from Matlock which turned out to be a really intriuging town with obscure shops and also a beutiful location.
We called in early evening on a Friday and the table was available until booked by another party at 7.15pm. The Gammon Steak and the Steak and Ale paie were both good and served good and hot.
