A long time had passed since we were last in Le Patio; so long that we could not recall the quality of the dining. So on this midi pass-thru of the village, we stopped in for lunch. We expected a midi menu or formule with an appropriate price listed, but were handed the regular menu [more for the dinner or... More

Visited again this great restaurant after visiting the "carriers d'illumination" in Les baux de Provence The appetizers with the prix fixe lunch menu were a great variety of local tastes The main was lamb shoulder in a pastry packet - sublime and the desert was excellent If you are going to add wine to your experience they have an excellent... This opens on the dot of 7:30 and prior booking is recommended. We however just turned up soon after 7:30 and managed to get a table inside the converted barn. This is a high room with a mezzanine furnished with antiques like an old radio and other objet d'art. The ballustrades seem to have been coated with a plaster giving... More

My wife and I recently had a chance to dine here. As it was a cool night we ate inside the eclecticly decorated interior. The service was very good, as was the reasonably priced wine list. My wife said her meal was the best she had on our entire trip across southern France. We are cat people so we particularly... More

The place is a wonderfully restored barn where you are being served some great food with in a wonderful family ambiance and with a lovely service. Whilst I had the menu my wife got prepared a nice salad and was able to join in in some of the little servings in between. If I would be living in the area... More

Restaurant located in the center of the village, and 20 minutes away from Arles. The restaurant has 3 different areas, 2 indoors and one outdoor ehich makes it very nice eating during summertime. They offer preset menus according to the seasonal products. Food is great. The chef is great and only high quality products. The staff doesn’t speak good English... More

We had been trying to eat here for a while, the reason we never because we always went when the restaurant was closed. On a very hot day we went to the delightful village of Fontvielle and had a lovely meal here. It really is a nice place with flowers in the garden. Service was smart and our orders taken... More

Lovely little restaurant on the eastern outskirts of town. Run with elegant precision by the glamorous co-owner who really is quite charming. Certainly a very pleasant location in summer; through the arch and into the attractive courtyard with plenty of trees, shrubs and plants and, happily, lots of space between tables. So not too intense thus creating quite a relaxing... More

I loved this restaurant --- I was staying down the street from the restaurant and went out for lunch --- found this restaurant --- wonderful garden setting so stayed for lunch --- I was so lucky. Starting out, Catherine is the most lovely hostess I have ever met (can't help falling in love with a place with her out front).... More
