Try to get a table by the window in order to enjoy the view on the historical chateau!! Wonderful classic food, quite a lot of choices and a very reasonably priced menu even in the evening. From seafood to Gaspacho and angus beef everything was of high quality. A bit disappointed with the desserts though. Service was quite friendly and... More

The Brasserie du Theatre is an excellent choice for dining with friends both at lunch time or in the evening. The menu is varied. The seafood is particularly excellent, but you also have many other dishes like the confit de canard which are also very good. The setting across from the Chateau de St. Germain-en-Laye, is beautiful. The decor is... More

Menu with offers something for any kind of taste. We were five people including young ones not used to French kitchen and we were all satisfied with what we had on the plates. Professional and friendly service. Location ideal for a walk before or after the meal (St. Germain "downtown" or terraces of the Château)

Fantastic sea food in a busy and vibrant restaurant. Good wine, service and atmosphere. Expensive but worth it

Typical French Brasserie. Good style, Good food, Good service. Everything is at the expected level of a place where you will pay 50+ euros to have a full dinner. If you are looking for a real french classic experience then this is the place to go.

I dine here often when in St Germain. The location is idea, the food is reliably good, service is classic French (we always get a waiter with a good sense of humor, excellent advice on wines, and good/positive attitude). St Germain has many good restaurants. However, many of the best are small and practically impossible to get into with reservations... More

Great lunch today with very discerning friends. Perfectly cooked veal rognons, and a superb lemon tart. Friendly, efficient and warm service.

The Brasserie du Theatre Serger SAS place Charles de Gaulle78100 Saint Germain en Laye is at the end of the RER station subway. It is an moderately expensive fish establishment unless you get there by 12:00 for lunch you will need to book as it is very popular with well heeled locals. If you like oysters this is the place... Very nice place to invite friends for a discovery of Saint-Germain, with a fantastic view on the castle, conveniently close to RER train and parking. Good bistro cuisine and fresh seafood. But not so warmly interior since the refurbishment. And prices skyrocketed. So by far not the best value for money in Saint-Germain. And in addition surprisingly not friendly welcome... More
