Restaurant was pretty empty, staff was great and helpful, fast service, the chef is coming over and discuss with all guest. Old fashioned menu but with great quality ingredients and cooking, the fish choucroute was great. A bit pricey count 25-35 for a main.

We went for supper here on the advice of a local family. Although the prices were higher than we expected (normally there is a menu at 20 euros but this wasn't available on a Sunday so the 'budget' menu was at 30 euros). What we learned from this however, is that you get what you pay for. All seven in... More

This is the kind of restaurant where we would become regulars if we lived nearby. In a 1,000+ year old village a few kilometers above the busier town of Obernai, the dining rooms have a timeless beauty, the service is prompt and professional and the food is ably prepared with great care over the quality of the ingredients and the... Great lunch in the tavern downstairs Nice decor with fire place and traditional Alsatian cooking. With a splendid Baeckeoffe you have to order in advance. Come with an appetite as the portions are nice!

We were in the caveau (the cellar) in stead of the restaurant which actually turned out to be much better! More intimate. Food and service without any complaint or remark. Simply marvelous. We will definitely come back here!

This place came highly recommended. We were disappointed by almost everything, the food and the prices. Not likely to return. Lovely area though

A lovely setting with delicious food. Our charming waiter recommended the local white wine which went perfectly with our starter of foie gras and the red we enjoyed with our duck entree. I savored every bite!

A place were everything fits, the warm decoration of the Alsace, the kindness and efficiency of the staff and the presence of the chef to assure the commitment to the clientele. Now for the food! This is one of the places you can taste the talent and the craftmenship of the kitchen. The meals are refined yet surprising. Best '... More

Very welcoming staff, helpful in determining the best options to order for our tastes - speaking of taste - a Michelin star chef and restaurant, well deserved! We loved our experience - dinner was delightful!

We found the restaurant after we had stopped for a drink on their beautiful terrace and booked for our last night(it was a Sunday so hard to find good restaurants open) The restaurant is elegant and yet cosy with lots of wood panelling and silver on the tables. There are various set menus but we opted for a la carte... More
