In the heart of the Ios port ,this restaurant is one of the best in Greek islands (I have been in 20 islands). The food is very delicious and fresh.Since some of the owners are fisherman you can find real fresh food.Other Greek food also are really good compared to other restaurants in Greek islands.

The place is a little bit "strange" because it is a little gem stuck between a bigger noisy restaurant and a souvenir shop and the staff is a little bit shy. But I had the best tirokroketes (cheese balls) I've ever had, something you'll never forget! Too bad they couldn't make them the last day to "take away" because they... More

We had breakfast with some friends while waiting for our ferry and we ended totally disappointed. Food is average but the service is unacceptable: slow and not nice at all. Before leaving, we had some concerns about the bill and we decided to ask the owner, who called us Spanish mafia. In conclusion, terrible experience.

In a nutshell-terrible,uninterested service, overcooked calamari. Really nothing to compliment with plenty of other and far superior eating places within spitting distance

We ate here five times in the middle of May. We'd been here the previous year too. This restaurant serves genuine home-cooked food. In fact when we turned up each day we just asked Evangelia what she'd cooked that day. So it was always great quality and incredibly good value. Straightforward meals such as briam, or chicken with lemon potatoes... More

Slow service, subpar food and not so greek cuisine. Food took nearly an hour and a half to arrive despite us knowing what we wanted when we sat down. The meat dishes received were cold and bland. Three-quarters of the items under the 'greek cuisine' section of the menu were not available for ordering. On top of this fantastic trio,... More

Freshly cooked food. It did get busy, but we didn't have to wait long for our order to arrive. It's not a fast food outlet, so it was expected. I recommend the house wine. The food is a good and a reasonable price. 5 stars. I recommend this restaurant.

Highly recommend for simple, fresh and genuinely Greek food at a reasonable price. On arrival in Ios I was looking for healthy and fresh food, and by recommendation I tried Akrogiali on the first day. I was welcomed and seated by the owners, a Greek couple from Ios who sometimes have their children over for coffee in the afternoons and... More
