I have never come across such rude people as the staff and particularly the man who claimed to be the manager. Two of the waiting staff were plain ignorant and rude to us and it would be fair to say anti-children (one of whom was ill and too tired to move and the other never left her chair). When I... More

As we strolled around and viewed different menus we decided to eat here. Our waiter spoke fluent english and was very talkative as he did a great job during our meal. we ordrered a couple of pasta dishes which were fine. We sat at a table right by the water just a beautiful setting.

Every evening in summer this restaurant is full. It is OK, but all is so strange. Many many stress is here, waiters are running between the tables for all time. ..it disturbs guests. The food was OK.

The restaurant is right next to the Ponte and some tables overlook he water, a great position, and this is where we were seated. Service quick and efficient, with nice friendly staff. The wine we chose was good and not overly expensive. Food very tasty, the risotto, was delicious and the carbonara very good also. a really nice dining experience.

I had the worst Panna Cotta ever (it doesn't even deserve that name). Absolutely not eatable. The cheapest one from the supermarket still would be better. Very bad service too. Was a pitty spending time and money there.

Funny how reviews go on the surface this is the place to avoid yet after nearly 2 weeks of average food what we had was absolutely superb and excellent value. I know the comments on service and an evening in s superb location is not to be hurried...yes we had to call for service but response then was very good....the... More

Perfect tourist trap in a great location. Staff are untrained and lack personality, not at all welcoming. Food is not expensive but bland. With so much competition around you'd think they'd try harder but thanks to its location it doesn't have to. Dont bother with it is my advice

The food here is not that great. The prices are decent and the food is too..I recommend this place and would return, but they only take cash.

Fantastic location, good food, but lousy service. The waitress doesn't know the meaning of service, enthousiasme or kindfull treating her guests. It's a pity for the owner and the guests. There are much better places here for a pleasant dinner.
