Very nice trattoria. Good antipasto Della Casa to start and have different taste. Very good dishes both primo and meat.

So far every time I've been here the food has been consistently good. A selection of meats and cheese to start, (quite a large menu choice) then I had Kangaroo (of all things) which was perfectly cooked. Desert and coffee. Everybody was happy.
We stumbled on this restaurant by accident, and boy what a find, perfect service, the finest food. The staff were incredible, so helpful in every way, providing unbiased recommendations on the food and wine, nothing was too much trouble. So much of the food was made in house, the buffalo mozzarella, was a superb example, and to cap the evening... More

They were present, but did not "hover". They made an extraordinary attempt to communicate with us despite the language barrier, and the Google Translate app helped a lot. The... More
We had our team of 7 in the Al Mattarello after a second day of all day meetings. We walked there from the Art Hotel. We were a party of 15 rushing in out of the rain to a very warm welcome from the staff. They had arranged for us all to sit on one table withe plenty of elbow room. The waitress was very attentive suggesting various options. We were given prosecco while we were deciding what to eat. In the end we opted... More
This is a place where you focus on tasting a lot of a very rich Toscanian kitchen and not on ordering the one plate that matches your taste. Antipasti and Primi are so good that you most likely will not reach the Secondi. Also the wines are very tasty.
We had lunch at Ristorante al Mattarello, and sat out on the patio. The lunch was delicious and the service was friendly. Definitely recommend this restaurant!
