Beautiful, quaint little restaurant, tight and cosy interior and an appealing sounding menu and wine list. The staff were extremely polite and knowledgable, we were given an good recommendation for a bottle of wine for the price range we were looking in and were treated...More

Lunch at Le Logge del Vignola was possibly the best meal we had on our 9 day of Italy. We selected the tasting menu and this was the perfect choice and were seated on the upper level in the window bay so we could look...More

When we went in the place was pretty empty and stayed that way except for another couple, also Americans who arrived shortly afterward. I will say it was a week day night and was getting late in the season. All that being said the food...More

During our visit to Montepulciano, we were introduced to Le Logge del Vignola where we enjoyed one of the best dinners we experienced in Tuscany. At the top of the winding main street in this charming city, an extraordinary dining experience awaited. By candlelight, we...More

It must be a tiny kitchen, took us nearly two hours to get through lunch on a crowded Saturday afternoon. Noisy, cramped rooms with all tables occupied, and they were turning away people without reservations. Not a comfortable place to sit and savor. Excellent menu...More

This was a wonderful wining and dining experience. The food was great and the wine was even better! Mossimo and team provided top-notch service. Finally, the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. We can't wait to return!

I feel biased writing this review. We spent the morning taking a cooking class here. We were impressed by the local ingredients, their attention to detail, and fun attitude. We had a great time being entry level prep chefs for several hours. You have to...More

We got a great recommendation from a local to go here for a great dinner. The meal was fabulous. It was definitely the best food and most upscale restaurant we ate at in Montepulciano. I highly recommend for a romantic evening and great food.

Great service and food. We were welcomed by a complemntary glass of process and a small bite. From there, the service and food only got better. We loved this meal and on our three week trip felt it was a top three restaurant. four travelers...More

Fabulous food, special dining room, wonderful atmosphere. However, when the menu suggests a "Tasting Menu" they mean a completely different thing from what British people understand as a Tasting Menu. Instead of a selection of tiny tasty courses, you will get a full-on "Set Italian...More

Description
The restaurant Le Logge del Vignola is located in the heart of Montepulciano's old town centre, across from the renowned loggia attributed to "Vignola". There are two elegant, comfortable rooms where, by candlelight, guests can savour dishes from the Tuscan repertoire as well as the restaurant's own distinctive cuisine, accompanied by excellent, local wines. The restaurant is air conditioned. There is a temporary exhibition of art works by Gino Filippeschi. Seasonally available ingredients form the basis of a cuisine that primarily features local products and, taking inspiration from tradition, reimagines them in a way that is adapted to today's tastes. Among the restaurant's offerings: a tasting menu of special cheeses, flambe cuisine and much more... The cellar is stocked with a careful selection of wines from Tuscany and beyond, with the possibility of pairing, even by the glass, suggested by Sommelier Massimo Stella. Owner: Massimo Stella, Executive Chef: Federico La Rocca.
