Fabulous food and Service. Francesco and Antonia looked after me beautifully. A little bit pricey however huge portions and delicious food. Great view and amazing sound from the waves coming in and out on the pebble beach. Would highly recommend for a special lunch.

This restaurant is placed directly on the beach. Very delicious food, especially fresh fish. But aware of the price!

Disappointing as anything. The food sounded exciting in the menu, but this restaurant is badly named as this is: 1: Not a trattoria (the food is pretentious with small portions, and pricy) and 2: ‘Nonna’ suggests homemade fare in a cosy place that a Grandmother...would make. Instead, it is rather cold, beige, and uninspiring... with weird sprayers for the olive oil and strangely empty for High Season... The menu did NOT cater to families or hungry Italian adults, and when the food arrived we needed a telescope to find it, the portions were so stingy. It was very limited and the service was lacking - we also waited 30 mins for the bill so that we could leave for dessert/ more food elsewhere. There are much nicer places in this area, please don’t waste your money on this Rubbish.More

We had a wonderful dinner on the terrace of this recined trattoria. The staff was very professional and nice, the quality of the food was excellent, finally everything perfect. Highly reccomand to stay on the terrace on the seaside.

This restaurants seats on the wrong place. It has an old-looking fancy decoration, but by the beach where people pass by in beachwear. The food was fine, but way too expensive. We’ve had better restaurants for half the price. The service was ok. But the...house had no sensitivity when allocating our table. We were a couple entangled between two very large families with excited children.More

This is a perfect fisch location, best in town you can find. The restaurant is super equiped, outside and inside . The service close to perfect, super wine recommendations and wide range of wine opportunities. Fresch fisch is a Lust.

This place was vegetarian friendly - I recommend the ravioli. My husband had fish and more fish and was very happy. Excellent, personal but not stifling service. The semifreddo dessert was one of the best we’ve ever had. We followed up with a lovely walk...on the deserted but beautiful beach. We will definitely be back!More

I could write a poem but still won`t be enough ...this place is simply the best restaurant to go in Mattinata and my place! .....Food is so fresh ... cooked and served as Michelin restaurant for your pleasure. During my week I went 3 times...and all time I was feeling 100% satisfied. I had my Ferragosto lunch close to the balcony, sipping great prosecco with my family and eating yummy mussels, nero di seppia cake, and the best "seafood strascinate". Highly recommended and thanks again to all staff to make our holidays more and more worthed and magical. Sandro the owner is a top guy! To the next guys!More

We went for lunch as some travel guides suggested the restaurant. To be honest, we were disappointed. Our son had an entrecote which was ok, but not special. Fries tasted like made with old oil. We had a seafood pasta for 2, which tasted good....BUT: service really bad! Waiters very posh, got water once and were never asked again. Pasta came nearly 30min!!! after the entrecote. Not tolerable! We will never go there again.More

The short answer is no. It is probably slightly more expensive than a Pizzeria. We went 3 Times altogether. My husband had lamb .seafood mixed platter and sea bass all of which were about half of the U.K. Prices. Hope... More
