We dined here several times during our stay at the parent hotel Castello Lake Front. Every dish was delicious and there was a wide range to suit all tastes, unless you really want pizza! The meat, fish or lake fish 4 plate meals were great value at 30€ with a 30% discount for hotel guests.

We liked the menu as it is a bit different to a lot of the others. My husband ordered the octopus starter and loved it! I had the beef main with asparagus which was really good too. The staff are attentive and friendly but not too formal which we really appreciated. Atmosphere was lovely as the restaurant is always busy,... More

We were given a seat at the edge of the terrace overlooking the lake at sunset so the setting was idyllic. The first occasion at Al Bacio was so good that we returned and we were not disappointed. The Parma ham and melon was gorgeous and such a huge platefull. My wife's warm duck breast was the best she had... More

Great food at this brilliant restaurant which is part of the Hotel Castello Lake Front. Fabulous views from the terrace or restaurant which share the great menu. The tenderloin steak with asparagus is excellent and vegetarians are well catered for.

Second time was midday and that also was great with boats passing and people swimming. Short walk to beach and view of back of castle. Food was really excellent... More

After a steady walk down to the beautiful lake Garda @ malcesine my Wife (new) and I came across Al Bacia. A stunning little hotel/restaurant. Spaced out tables and chairs allowed for a good ambience. Very polite helpful staff. The menu was clear (written in Italian, german and English) and each meal appeared very inviting. The price suited us and... More
