We call to order 10 pizzas for home delivery, we are told that they can only deliver 8 pizzas...we agree to pick up on site for 9pm and we are advised to arrive at 8.50pm...actual pizza delivery time is 9.45pm , 55 minutes of waiting, nothing else to add, other than the fact that no one wanted to provide an explanation or simply an apology which would have already been enough
