After visiting the Montecassino abbey we were looking for a place to eat dinner. We found this one and it was great food and not so expansive. The pasta dishes were great. the deserts where very good the hospitality was perfect. The ravioli with pair & honey stuffing was excellent. So was the pasta with porcini mushrooms. You will not... We went basic last night at Sir Jasper. Tonight we decided to go upmarket at Evan. A mistake. Perhaps the crisp white tablecloths should have sounded a warning. Maybe we just caught the wrong night. But the restaurant lacked atmosphere and the food was distinctly below par, served barely hot on cold dishes and not all at the same time.... More

Had a very nice meal there but was a little bizarre - the owner insisted we try his father's recipes .. we did, being English, whilst we could have refused. They were nice enough but not really what we'd wanted, however, a good evening and much hilarity was had. Smart, clean and friendly. Yes I would go back.

My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way from Rome to Salerno. It was easy to get to from the highway, and definitely worth a stop! The owner and his wife greeted us right away and found us a nice table by the window. The restaurant was half-full so it had a great vibe! They gave us an English-version... More

On our way driving from Positano to Rome, we had to take a rest and found this restaurant thru Trip Advisor in a small city called Cassino. We had mixed salad with some fresh pastas (I recommend the linguine Evans & the Pappardelle Castagne). The service was good and it was worth our stop.

Scarcely the best restaurant in Cassino, may even the best in all Italia. Test by your own... Thanks again to this great team!!

Food was good. My pasta was overcooked and the ratio of cheese to pasta was off. But overall a good place to eat. The ingredients were fresh. Sterile atmosphere. I tend to Enjoy more authentic cuisine especially in small towns. Not bad. But wouldn't go out of my way to come here. Presentation of food was really well done and... More

Food is OK comparing to many other places in Cassino, I believe they could do it even better , some of the fish dishes were over cooked and I would suggest to keep warm the plates before serving them.the truffle risotto with beurre noisette was good The staff didn't seems to have a good knowledge about what their serving ,...
