The previous reviews of this seaside restaurant have said it all. Great views, well executed dishes and friendly professional service. It's worth noting that for only a few dollars less you can dine at a nearby competitor with no white table linen, immediate beach views or personalised service, making it a great value lunch / dinner. My Husband chose the... More

It is very difficult to fine the best combination of views and nice food together in our area of Mordialloc. Windows on the Bay is one of two the best places here! Absolutely incredible windows on the bay and very delicious food!

Our second visit here and again a fantastic meal. The service is exceptional and so welcoming and professional. The food is well presented and thoughtful in execution. Can't wait for the next visit.

I had not been here for a couple of years. Although it was water's edge, you could rarely see much of the bay because of the dense, protected, vegetation. It was great, but had its down side. So to our surprise, on entry, we can now see a wide expanse of water, and the view is not restricted to those... More

Had high expectations of this place given its perfect beachfront location & delicious looking menu however walked away a tad disappointed from my dining experience. Firstly, the service was exceptional. Table staff were attentive, showed some personality and quite helpful with menu selections. We had 3 courses and felt which each course that the proportions of items on the plate... More

Mordialloc is 'half-way' between where some of our friends live and our location, so was an obvious choice for a group lunch. My partner and I arrived early and enjoyed a short walk along the edge of the sand to the creek. The setting for Windows, right on the beach, is really lovely, so that's an attraction in itself. But... More

Haven't been to this restaurant for years and we decided to give it another go. The food was great. It's a limited menu but satisfies everyone's taste requirements and I was quietly impressed with the service. The restaurant was almost full which is a great sign and the wait staff are friendly and knowledgeable when ti comes to the wine... More

We visited on a Saturday night and were surprised that the restaurant wasn't busier. Around 1/3 of the tables remained unoccupied for the evening. The main asset of the restaurant is the location directly overlooking the beach with panoramic views of the bay. The staff were friendly and chatty and the food was very good - between us we had...
