We had a wonderful Devonshire tea here with ninety percent of the food produced on the farm and in the kitchen. So fresh and melt in your mouth taste. Would recommend this detour to all travelling out this way.

Overpriced for the quality and service. Coffee was just terrible. You have fantastic products, Tablelands has great coffee put the two together and you will have something people will talk about. Need some barista training here.

I love coming to this place for lunch and having a ploughman lunch on the balcony over looking the rolling hills. Good food and drinks

Stopped in for morning tea. Beautiful surroundings and scenery. Outdoor tables as well as inside dining. Cafe also sells local crafts, jams, soaps etc. Good variety of cheesecakes and snacks. Scones were delicious with plenty of jam and cream. Only negative was the staff member taking the order. It would be nice if she could smile and be polite especially... More

Ploughmans lunch and salmon filo with salad were both bountiful, fresh and delicious. We both had different cheesecakes for dessert that were creamy and melted in the mouth. Definitely can taste the richness and creaminess of the dairy products. We bought other items to take with us. Well worth the detour if you love good food.

Walked in. No-one inside to greet us. Some-one eventually came in from outside (who'd seen us arrive but was busy chatting to "the gardener" she then told us. She then walked into the kitchen with no welcome. I eventually had to walk back to their kitchen where I was abruptly told "orders are taken at the till". She still didn't... More

My partner and I are locals of 23 years, and it became apparent we had never visited this dairy so we decided to head out there for lunch. I was surprised that it was so small, but hey, good things come in small packages... Wrong. We were disappointed at the small selection of food available for lunch. A lot of... More

The Dairy and cafe were smaller than expected. My husband has been involved in Biodynamic food production and enjoyed talking with the Manager. We purchased some milk and yoghurt which were beautiful and creamy. We have continued to purchase both during all our food shops whilst up here in FNQ. We stopped at Floraville ice cream in the Daintree and... More

When we left Canopy Treehouses for Cairns David suggested we take the southern route and called out Mungalli Creek as a place to stop if we needed a snack. The three of us had the cheese sampler, a scone, and a beet tart. Turned out to be the main meal for the day. A great variety of cheeses, very tasty... More
