I'd heard great things about this place and was really looking forward to visiting. The starters we had (crispy squid and thr sweetcorn frittas) were brilliant. We were drawn to what was being eaten on the table behind us as and asked the waitress what it was but she didn't know and couldn't find out, so maybe that was off... More

As said above my wife's meal was fine...... but I ordered the Thai Green Curry .....and unfortunately it was so spicy that the taste of the food was rendered useless. I ate only a small bit of it. Now I love curries and Chiilies ( I even like an oxo cube with Chilli as a nice warm drink ), but... More

Service was good. However, my chicken Panang, which was described as "Creamy curry, with coconut milk and Thai herbs", turned to be (totally unexpectedly for me) an incredibly spicy and hot dish. So I couldn't eat it at all. Generally, customers expect a creamy/coconutty curry to be mild to medium hot (unless advised otherwise).

Location: the only pub in Abington  Service: always good friendly Thai ladies serving the food and they have German Weissbier. Food: decent quality and reasonably cheap. Summary: nice place to go. I have been there many times

I stayed at the Three Tuns whilst working in the local area. The location was really convenient for access to Granta Park, being just a few minutes drive away. My primary reason to choose the Three Tuns was for the room. The room was modern, well furnished and had fully functioning air conditioning. The bed was really comfortable and the... More

We were travelling along the A11 to Norwich to visit our daughter and were looking for somewhere to have lunch. There are not many good service areas on this road and so I had been looking at the map for pubs near to our route. The Three Tuns proved to be an excellent find. We arrived late (2 o'clock )...
