called in on christmas eve,late lunch ,very busy served with drinks quickly,ordered food (toasted sandwiches) presented beautifully on large plates with chips and salad.service was excellent staff very friendly and helpful .
Unlike a lot of pubs around us these guys know how to run a good pub. Nice atmosphere, great service, lovely food and prices not too expensive. The Bulls Head has it all plus it’s a very pretty pub in a nice location.

Sadly, you can't book in advance, which is a bit off putting if travelling some distance, but luckily, managed to get a table after only a short wait.
Menu pretty varied, two veggie choices, a lot of traditional food.

The pub can get busy but the tables turn over quickly and the staff are very helpful in getting you seated. The food is really good and outside of 8pm Saturday and 1pm Sunday I'm sure it'll be worth it.
