Great meal! Visited this restaurant twice and enjoyed it both times. Wide range of food on menu and something for everyone's tastes.

On a quick visit back to Addaia last week, we found that the ever popular Taj building was closed, but they still exist, having moved in and merged with the El Castillo just a few steps to the right (in Port d'Addaya village, not Mercadal, as suggested by the sometimes confusing address). So in El Castillo you can have some... More

I've been a regular here for years and it never disappoints. The curries and homemade nans are incredibly tasty - nothing is frozen or reheated which happens all too often in the UK. Instead it all tastes fresh and healthy. My favourite time to visit is in the autumn, when the weather is still nice enough to sit on the... More

On a chilly evening we recently visited the Taj for the first time and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Preferring to normally eat Spanish food whilst in Menorca we had never eaten there before but it made a very pleasant change to eat such tasty well prepared food and will be returning next year. This restaurant... More

Had a takeaway from this restaurant which is very close to the villa we were staying in and enjoyed it so much we went back for our last dinner on the island. The homemade pickles are lovely and poppadums nice & crispy. My takeaway chicken chilli masala was nice & hot with plenty of fresh green chillies. I had the... More

Have wanted to try this restaurant for a few years as we are fans of Indian food and although we love local menorquin cuisine it is nice to have a change once in a while. The restaurant did not disappoint. Everyone in our party enjoyed their choices, even those new to Indian food. I had the chicken Jalfrezi and it... More

Our 1st night in Menorca and we did what we normally do wherever we go in the world which is look for the nearest Indian restaurant which was 6 miles away. 20 euro each way in a taxi which we wouldn't have minded at all if the food had been Indian but it was nothing like it. The onion bhaji... More

I couldn't really recommend this restaurant. The food wasn't bad, but nor was it particularly good; though maybe we chose badly. I found the tandoori chicken tasty, but a little dry. The nan bread was poor; it tasted as though it wasn't so fresh and had been reheated. The salads were very poor, and the little packet of olive oil... More
