Have had food here on numerous occasions and highly recommend as good pub grub. Portions are huge! With a large menu to chose from, suggest booking if you are going in peak period as it's always busy. Lovely beer garden area too.

Food was delicius, service was great, felt like the locals frequent the establishment but still felt welcome. The pub has a history of 400 years...if only the walls could talk!

We recently visited this pub whilst in the area, and were really pleased we did. The food was all delicious and great size portions. Nice little pub, and the staff were all lovely and helpful. Would definitely return should we be back down that way.

We loved the flowers display, food and the atmosphere. Portions are really generious, even for kids. If you are looking for a traditional, quiet, English pub, than visit this place. There is a big parking and many seatings outside.

Thanks for the info. We have an overnight layover and while not possible to go into London would like to go to an English pub.
