Now I know that a fillet steak is going to be pretty small and you'd not expect to get a lot for a tenner nowadays but the steak that my wife just had here was ridiculous! 2 inches square at best! You could possibly forgive this if the steak was reasonably thick, say, an inch? But this was no more... More

We called at the Coach & Horses without making a reservation and received an excellent welcome. This is a very homely local pub which is clearly much loved by the locals. It was not hard to see why. The landlady was multitasking to Olympic standard while managing to give everyone her attention and service with a smile. The food was... More

Very good Sunday afternoon with our dog and a few pints of bomber. Friendly welcome and log fires. We wobbled home.

The pub has a small parking area and the food is fine. They sometimes have live music and a quizz night.

Absolutely lovely food, very friendly staff and clean. We always feel welcomed and love it in the winter when the log burners are lit, a lovely quiet area and has a nice garden for the summer.

After a long drive to North Wales you could not ask for better home cooked food. A lovely little pub with lovely, friendly staff. The meals come as a good size so might not need a starter.....but you might be able to fit in a desert
