We've walked past this café for years deciding whether or not to go in, and boy, am I glad we did. We had a lovely cup of coffee each while looking at the brilliant view. A very friendly family run place, go and try it out!

We went there several times over two weeks. We had lunch - sometimes they do mussels! The espresso is brilliant. The garden is a beautiful sheltered place to sit on a hot day. We never had a wet day so we don't know what happens then!

A little green oasis, away from busy Paignton, excellent sun trap with friendly owners. Generous portions of homemade cakes and scones and good choice of drinks.

Stumbled on a great place to eat for Lunch on Tuesday 5th July . I prefer to use independent cafes', more friendly service. Here at Cafe Verde the lady serving was Very friendly and with a smile. Lovely sandwiches, nice front garden to sit in. Yummy Chutney. Never been before, but will come again.

There is no indoor seating here as the tables are in somebody's front garden with food ordered through a window. It is a very pleasant spot and our sandwiches were tasty and well filled. Highly recommended for a simple lunch.

Came across this little place, like a little oasis. The staff were lovely and I'm all for supporting family businesses! We just popped in for a bite to eat and ordered the sandwiches. Amazing. Super tasty. Served fresh and we didn't wait long.

I was staying in a hotel just up the road from here and they did not do evening meals out of season so I used this cafe for my lunches and dinners..... very satisfactory and pleasant atmosphere.
