The fish & chips from here are very good although choice doesn't match the menu - we could only choose from cod despite the fact there were other fishes on the menu. Taste was good & was very convenient to Fallbarrow Park where we stayed.

Opposite the Beatrix Potter experience on Rayrigg Road, a welcome feed on a busy day. Cooking excellent, chips about as good as you can get and the fish and batter melt in the mouth.

Called in for fish and chips and steak pie and chips, the fish and chips were very good but the only complaint was that the pie was a little dry. The staff were lovely.

I was glad to see it had not changed hands and gone downhill. We had large cod/chips/peas/curry sauce. All cooked fresh. Not a long wait. Staff pleasant. Clean surroundings. Approx £16. Cheaper than our local chippy and tasted better. Will prob visit again before we...More
