We visited on the 25th June whilst there was a wedding reception taking place. The staff were buys but welcoming. The Camembert sharing starter was very nice, as was the salmon. Not a big choice of main course but what we had was lovely. There...More

Great pub for a stop after a canal walk with (or without) a dog. A real dog friendly pub, which has recently been renovated to a high standard. Menu is limited, but very good. Good selection of ales. There is a separate seating/eating area for...More

Visited the Dirty Duck on the strength of positive vibes regarding new management and complete refurb. Arrived on bikes and pleased to see bike racks and new tree planting together with new patio furniture. This proved uncomfortable and unsuitable for dining, but all was not...More

If it is such a problem a guest wants to order some food at lunchtime you're in the wrong business. I'm sorry to of been a hinderance. No great surprise many reviews on here mention a female lacking in hospitality skills.
