What a terrible place. Very rude staff was told can only have 2 drinks with my meal as my son was with me. The meal was undercooked and they offered scrambled egg with a mixed grill. For a wetherspoons it is shocking. Would not recomend to anyone. Didn't even want to rate it the one star.

Went with dad for a couple of days visit. One of his local haunts, with me coming from Jersey CI it really was a revealing experience. The bar was open from 8 am for breakfast, we arrived around 10.30, he generally meets some friends for drinks and chat, on arrival the staff who greeted us was very welcoming. The beer... More

If you're shopping and want to pop in for a pint and something quick to eat, it's ok but if you want to drink in a warm friendly atmosphere, look elsewhere, I can only imagine some of the staff worked at a dentention centre or prison facility before working here, judging by their manner.

I visited on a Sunday midday and ordered a chicken, bacon, cheese and BBQ panini. The pub was clean and the staff were friendly. The food arrived in no time and was so cheap. The food was ok, especially for the price, nothing great but for around £4 for a panini, chips and drink, I can't complain.

I got shortchanged in here before Christmas but as it's the only pub local that does a selection of real ale I decided to give it another go , I walked into a fairly empty bar and was completely ignored by the bar staff , however they managed to serve three other people before I voiced my complaint , I...
