We were staying in Buxton and just felt like a pub meal after a big day of driving. The Wye Bridge House was within walking distance and looked nice from the outside. It's a big Wetherspoon pub, but it was fine. We had a drink,...More

Lovely choice of food. Good value chicken on a Wednesday. Kind and helpful staff. Brilliant broad selection of beers and real ales. Overall, worth a visit. Serves food late until ten o clock.

Stopped for lunch before reaching hotel. Typical Wetherspoons menu and atmosphere. The pub had been decorated for Halloween. Worth a trip to the ladies when there. On site car parking.

Hi, I don't think dogs are allowed in any Wetherspoon pubs, sorry. As the other person said, there is a large seating area outside. Please don't let this put you off as it's a great pub.
