Wandered into this cafe by accident. Afternoon tea was amazing. Had the best cheese cake I have ever had. Unassuming outside, a total hidden gem. Will definitely be back. The view of the sea is a bonus.

Cafe View had the best view of the sea front in Scarborough along with delicious coffee and cakes, the staff were very friendly and I would recommend anyone making a trip to Scarborough to visit this cafe.
Busy little cafe with great views over South beach and friendly service, a generous pot of tea for two and toasted sandwiches kept us going until the evening, the sandwiches were nicely presented and very tasty. Well worth the visit

Great view of the beach and Lifeboat House, generous breakfasts and sandwiches, good tea and coffee and pretty good milk shakes too. Traditional and friendly.
We have now tried most of the menu here between us....homemade burgers, paninis, sandwiches, scones and a great selection of homemade cakes. All are really good, always fresh and tasty. There is nowhere to equal it in Scarborough. We thoroughly recommend it!

I had the small breakfast which was perfect cooked for you so really piping hot. Hubby had the large and said he would have been happy with the smaller one. Served with a wide range of drinks. Would recommend.
