We visit the farmhouse regularly, the food is definitely always good, quality "pub food" nothing overly fancy but never disappoints.

Visited with friends around 5pm one Sunday. Not many people in which I guess meant there was limited opportunity for any ambience. Very dark inside with low ceiling. Staff were not hugely interested in engaging with us. Limited menu on offer alongside the Sunday lunch...More

Booked this restaurant for a lunch to catch up with friends not seen for 6 years. The food was really good, home cooking especially the club sandwich and hunters chicken. The vegetarian pie was also very good and the portions were generous.

Don't order the Caesar salad... saddest looking, salad cream tasting, heartburn giving salad I've ever eaten... garlic flatbread which was plonked on the plate was pretty tasty though ...

There is a seating area but only small in front of the bar - but the staff are superb I am sure they will accommodate if more seats are required. I'm sure you will enjoy as it's always fabulous.
