We ate here last week whilst on holiday in Poole. Standard Wetherspoons, packed full at lunchtime. We only wanted a cheap snack with a pint and that's exactly what we got. Could be cleaner and tables could be cleared quicker but probably due to lack...More

Weatherspoons great for food anytime......Found it slightly off putting this time though of the really drunk men in there...looked like they'd been drinking all day.....Have no bother people having a drink but they didn't need to keep swearing..... Still love Weatherspoons though...xx

JD Wetherspoons The Quay is located on the bustling quayside overlooking Brownsea Island and the World's second largest natural harbour. During the summer months The Quay plays host to various events from classic cars and motorbike nights to pirate family fun days and fireworks nights! A little bit of History: The Quay was the name of the existing pub, taken over by Wetherspoon in March 2004, and has occupied this former warehouse since c1996. In Tudor times, the Quayside was called the Great Quay, even though it was less than 200 feet long! The Little Quay was added and further extended in the late 18th century. This was the New Quay, where this pub and warehouses and wharves were built.
