Reviewed yesterday NEW

Called here yesterday after a few recommendations from friends. We got a warm welcome on arrival and we were seated promptly. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff helpful and polite. Hubby had the large cod and chips with a side portion of mushy peas and I had the 6oz fish and chips with a side portion of mushy... More

Consists of two sides, a chip shop side, and a restaurant side. At some point they refurbished the restaurant side, which serves mostly what the chip shop side cooks, and Im guessing it is at this point that the prices were hiked. The food is ok - its basically chip shop food. I ordered fish and chips, my wife ordered... More

We visit Tribells every time we visit Llandudno. The food is always hot and tasty and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is always busy, so we try to avoid traditional "meal times", and go when it's a bit quieter. Have never had a bad meal and we always enjoy our visit. Would definitely recommend.

Cod was melt in the mouth and batter not too thick or greasy. Chips were home made and you get proper white bread and butter. You had to order the mushy peas as a side if you wanted them. Very tasty and massive portion. Service was excellent too and a lovely atmosphere.

We have visited tribbels over a year ago.So when we returned to Llandudno we decided to drop in for lunch. We were so pleased we did, the menue suits both fish and meat lovers. However, its renouned for the fish. We both had the large Cod and chips and once again it was oustanding. It may be a little pricey... More

Following an afternoon walking, we were ready for a traditional seaside fish & chip meal. The reviews fro Tribells led us to their door where we were met with a friendly welcome and shown to a table. The chilling air outside was dispelled by the warm interior, and it was a pleasure to see that the decor is a modern... More

Very very expensive for not that much of a portion. Staff on the chip shop side not very happy. Chips ended up in the bin as not nice and overpriced
