Having dined in some lovely places in North Wales, I was recommended to this beautiful restaurant by a friend. I'd never heard of it and not many of my friends had but we tried it anyway. Firstly the staff that work there were just brilliant from the minute we walked in, we hadn't booked and it was quite busy but... More

Great lunch today, service was spot on and the food top class, have eaten here many times and am never disappointed. The desserts are to die for I feel like a kin in a sweetshop when looking at the desserts display. The restaurant is beautiful decorated for Christmas, just the right amount.

Second visit and second time we've been completely satisfied. The soup and Brie starters were lovely. I had the duck and noodles which was amazing, and the desserts were lovely too. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Have visited this hostelry on many occasions and never disappointed with the selection + quality of food on offer. Always worth diverting off A55 to visit this gem of a pub.

This is a lovely pub - a really relaxing environment. The menu is good with plenty of interesting but quite pricey dishes on offer - but the chips were spectacularly dreadful! The staff are very helpful with ready smiles. The portions are generous and the service speedy.

Not been for ages however it is as consistent as ever. Great food in a nice environment at a fair price. What more do you want.

Had a lovely meal here, though the portions could have been a little bigger. Was a little taken a back that we were seated in the pub section with the locals having their end of week pints and near a toilet just because we hadn't booked ahead. Even though the area was cosy, the food was rather nice the waiter... More

Highly recommended!!! Outside this just looks like an ordinary little local - quaint and welcoming... But once inside it turns out that it's a bit of a Tardis!! Spacious, friendly and the most amazing aromas!!! The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. But the food was on another level... If this is pub grub .... Give me... More
