The Storseilet Bar might be a bar or a pub, but when I was there it was more like a disco nightclub. The Molde FC had their kickoff this night, and that might explain the party people. For me the stay at Seilet was a transit stay over and I was looking for a quiet bar to have a beer.

The resturaunt is awesome for breakfast. Can't be beat. A truly Scandinavian smorgasbord, complete with incredible dairy products, amazing bread selection, wonderful meats & cheese, waffles to make, and incredible homemade, warm liverpostej! There are even wax paper sacks if you need to take a sandwich to go. How ever the dinner menu is small and rather expensive. It's ok in... More

I normally don't like hotel bars, however this is an exception. Relaxed atmosphere, decent beers, fantastic views. The bar also sports a balcony if you want to get even closer to the magnificent scenery!

We tried the evening buffet at a cost of NOK325 for three self served courses. There was a wide range of choice and the quality was good. Recommended.

I have stayed at the Rica Seilet hotel, and their breakfast comes included with the room, which is the best deal in town, because this breakfast layout is second to none. Although it is not overly large, there is a good selection of many items, and I found the quality to be excellent. Also, no matter which meal you eat... More

The view is fantastic. The hotel should do something more out of the bar. Make it a skybar with fab drinks and some music.

I had a nice baccalo and some red wine. The plan was to have a full bottle, but the price for a 15cl glass had the same price as a full bottle when buying at Vinmonopolet in Norway.
