Traditional high end restaurant that always deliver top of the line quality. Had their 7 course tasting menu last time I was there and it was extremely well executed and presented. One of Norways very best restaurants.

My husband went here to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversary. The place was cosy and refine. The overall experience was excellent. We had a great time and will definitely come back and try other menu.
Enjoy an evening at Statholdergaarden in a beautiful, historical and romantic athmosphere with delicious food and good wine to drink. The service is exelent! I recomend this experience to tourists and to Norwegians. Statholdergaarden is very popular among the population og Oslo.

My wife and I were there to celebrate my 50 'eth birthday. We ordered a 11 course men with wine. Everything was great, I did not miss anything. We were there for 4 hours, enjoyed every minute.
