My wife and I stumbled on this cafe while exploring Oslo's old town. The cafe has outside seating, and we chose to sit out there. I had the fresh shrimps - and I received a generous plateful of very fresh shrimps - and my wife...More

Had dinner here one night during a business trip to Oslo. Really liked the informal, friendly atmosphere and we all found favourites in the menu. Our waitress was excellent - she was attentive and efficient but gave us plenty of space to chat. The food...More

We had a simple lunch here-sausages, mash and some veg. for me. Food and service was fine, price reasonable by Oslo standards, the cafe has some character, and a lovely outlook across a park and some historic buildings-it was a very enjoyable lunch.

Nice feeling place, good room, but, food (mediocre) and prices (high, even for Oslo) not great. Not bad for lunch if in a pinch, otherwise, keep looking. Certainly would not recommend supper (I was here twice - a lunch and a supper).

This is a small restaurant and bar in the centre of Oslo, but feels slightly off the 'beaten track'. Staff were very attentive and helpful, menu relatively short, but food very well prepared, plentiful and tasty with excellent fresh bread, rich creamy fish soup. Alcohol...More
