We visited the local pub 2 days ago. This is a nice pub. Also the staff was nice and professional this evening. They have a very big selection of good beer. And this evening it was cosy live music, but a bit high voulume.

Pub with an upmarket beer selection and decent food. We went as a group of 9 for dinner and had called in earlier in the afternoon and they had reserved a table for us in the pub area. The pub was attractive with decent music playing in the background, loud enough to hear but not too loud, they obviously have... More

Great old-timesy looking Nordic pub. I really liked the feel/look of this place. They have a great beer selection and offer some really delicious meals. We split some sausage meal with mashed potatoes (super tasty) and also a Nordic cheese plate, which I highly recommend for sharing. FYI, you order everything at the bar and they'll bring it out to... Excellent food and a tremendous beer menu of mostly local breweries. Friendly staff as well, with an excellent knowledge of their menu.

Really nice and popular place. Fantastic and tasty beer. it is a perfect place to take a beer after long day of trip just having a relax near the Bar. the Food is also fresh and tasty. Kinda Norvegian Vikings taste meat with vegetables )). However it is not a low-price place, so get ready to normal or up-high bill... More

The place is popular among tourists and locals. Good selection of beer, nice decor and tasty meals. An evening well spent getting introduced to Norway on your day 1.

There were multiple mistakes in terms of our meals when we descended en mass to this restaurant, but they were all our own making and the staff at this place really went overboard to manage a bunch of fools. We were asked to put in our orders days before we all came to Oslo, which most of us did; however,... More

This pub is fantastic! We were looking for a classic Scandinavian gastropub and we found it! The atmosphere was perfect, filled with people chatting and enjoying themselves. The bartenders were very kind (and spoke great English), and the food was insanely delicious. We had the sausage and tender beef and could not have been happier! The beer options were also... More

For traditional Norwegian food, in my case stock fish, a typical Christmas meal, this restaurant is ideal. A simple and rustique interior, wholesome and friendly staff, no finesse but good atmosphere. A very nice detail was the assortment of snaps and eau de vie, everything from Norway, and good at that!

Wonderful little place close to Karl Johans gate. We had two halfmeals, halibut and the deer. We had to ask extra for potatoes. The food was great. The place has a lot of nice local beers. Dont miss the beer bottle list. The service could have been better, it took a lot of time to order some extra beers.
