I visited this restaurant regularly a few years back and remembered it as a nice place for good sushi. But boy, have things changed. The only good thing I can say about it is the nice view from the roof terrace. The sushi was mediocre,...More

Delicious food, beautiful place with a fantastic view and very kind staff! You must try chicken fingers with kimchi, and national drink Amdudler.

The Akakiko is located on top of a shopping centre in Mariahilfer Strasse, in Vienna. When the shopping centre is closed, the restaurant can be easily reached directly from the street using a lift. The menu offers a wide range of Eastern cuisine, Japanese but...More

I had not been to this Akakiko branch in years and found it quite changed - different furniture, completely new menu - but with the same spectacular view, which in my opinion is really the primary asset of this restaurant. Service was friendly and quick,...More

Cold soup, cold food, sushi was chewy and uneatable. Very disappointing experience and the waiter did not even accommodate in any way. Never will go again!

This is an honest choice for anyone who likes Asian cuisine and doesn't care about fancy or minimalist atmosphere. This is a fast food chain restaurant after all, so don't have unreasonable expectations. Having said that, their rooftop terrace in the summer offers great views...More

Fast food restaurant. Poor service with rude stuff. The salad was tasty though! Overall the quality is poor and would not recommend if you are looking for a good sushi experience!

Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries,
arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde
shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with
cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make
for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and
art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at
Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a
perfect hangout on a warm summer evening.
