We were invited here by our hosts. The restaurant is conveniently placed in the museum quarter and it has a pleasant garden. The food was good, I had a beef clear soup, salmon with risoto, and a tasty chocolate mouse. Altogether 40 euros definitely a...More

Went to this bistro after visiting Leopold museum. We sat in the garden since the weather was mild for autumn. It was very pleasant sitting among the fairy lights but not so dark that you can't see the food. We ordered wild boar with sauerkraut...More

This was a great find! We had the Goulash and the Chicken in Pepper sauce, all beautiful, and our waiter recommended a lovely organic wine which was reasonable and delicious! A great evening!

Excellent Service, Delicious food, great beer and wine. They just fit us in without booking. The black pudding was the best I've had and the wild boar, sauerkraut and dumplings will be very hard to beat. The Ravioli was also delicious. The outdoor setting was...More

Had dinner in the garden, which has great ambience. Service was friendly and food was either great (venison terrine, pumpkin soup, "vinner shnitzel", black pudding sausage) or good (tuna carpaccio). Also great value at around 20e per person for a full meal.

We had a group of five for dinner around 8pm on a Tuesday, and got seated inside right away. Outside had a wait, which was too bad because the ambiance outside seemed better. We had goulash (beef and vegetarian), pierogies, and schnitzel. All were delicious,...More

Unusual setting, lovely gardens to eat outside weather permitting. Great menu, great food , great service.

Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries,
arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde
shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with
cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make
for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and
art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at
Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a
perfect hangout on a warm summer evening.
