I've never been so disgusted by a fish meal, featuring gouda cheese and an obscure wolfish as main ingredients. The vegetable soup didn't show any evidence of veggies while the rice of the nain course was overcooked and the poor fish floppy. The waiter kept...More

It was good food, though I would not necessarily say out-of-this-world good. The staff was also quite friendly.

A great surprise in a soft atmosphere. Food is really outstanding. Waiters are really gentle and helpful. I recommend this Cafe Amacord

For dinner while discussing work, in perfect surroundings, across from Theater an der Wien and Nschmarkt, a bit more elegant without being undeservingly snobbish. Whenever I am in Vienna I pay a visit. Their original viennese schnitzel is extremely good. It worth a visit.

Delicious dinner in a quiet summer terrace. Tasty lamb cutlet incredibly juicy and soft. Rich portions that go well with the choice of wines and cocktaiks. However, we had to wait one hour to get food and we did not receive any compensation such as...More

The Amacord has a great and extensive wine selection, and also a large menu with the classical Viennese meals. We had the "Schnitzel menu", which includes a soup (beef soup that day), a Schnitzel, and for dessert a rather large piece of Apfelstrudel. Needless to...More

Tucked down a scruffy side street off the Naschmarkt, with a few tables squeezed on to the pavement, this was a very good meal at a reasonable price. It felt more Italian than Austrian in its ambience. Not your typical Viennese starched waiter experience, much...More

The fourth district combines elegant tradition with
contemporary style and relaxed living. More than a
dozen town palaces and churches such as St. Charles
Borromeo have added glamour to a neighbourhood known
for its traditional retail and crafts shops, taverns,

largest street market. Many bohemian types have found
