We took our daughter to the airport and because it was lunchtime, we went to the "Wolfgang Puck" restaurant right in the airport and were impressed by the service and quality of the food. For starters, we ordered a Caesar salad, which was a decent portion and sensationally crisp and tasted excellent. The same goes for my "Wiener Schnitzel" made from veal. Just as it should be! Big, the breading with air bubbles, great cucumber salad and as an extra, an excellent potato salad. Everything was great. We can only applaud here. Please keep it up! This is great advertising for Austrian food.

The restaurant is at Vienna airport. At the front door you can see the menu with the list of prices, which are accessible. Besides that, the restaurant had a seasonal menu with different dishes. There are vegetarian options too.
We started with 1 glass of the chef's own brand of Chardonnay wine and a prepared drink very similar to the mojito, recommended by our star waiter, Marcel, who from the beginning was very friendly and welcoming. We liked both drinks. In a complementary way, the place offered still water constantly throughout the dinner.
We then ordered 2 dishes, rigatoni and roasted pumpkin risotto (from the seasonal menu), both of which were delicious. And we shared a lemon poppy seed cake for dessert (also from the seasonal menu) which was just okay, but we washed it down with an amazing Austrian wine Marcel recommended. I liked it so much that I asked Marcel the name of the brand and the possibility of buying a bottle to take home with me. To my surprise, he not only returned with the physical bottle for me to see but also kindly suggested that I buy it in a wine shop in the city since the restaurant would sell it to me at a much higher price.
To finish, Marcel once again surprised my friend and I with a complimentary coffee. Since I don't drink coffee, he kindly exchanged it for a hot chocolate. And this was perfect to end the wonderful dinner with which we said goodbye to Vienna.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, diners have visibility to the kitchen and the bar. I found the food and drinks to be delicious and very tasty, and the portions are good and leave you satisfied. The background music was hip and included rock songs (bonus points), but at a volume that doesn't interrupt conversation. The prices seemed adequate to me, especially considering that the place is inside the airport. If you haven't figured it out by now, Marcel's attention was exceptional. The next time I land in Vienna I will definitely come back to Wolfgang Puck Kitchen & Bar.
Note: I did end up buying 2 bottles of the Kracher wine at a Wein & Co in Salzburg. Thanks Marcel!

Although I didn’t have much expectations from facility situated in the airport, I must say that my visit was really pleasant. Food (schnitzel with potato salad) was tasty and for reasonable price. However the best experience was service. Everyone was really nice, smiling, and in general offered very professional service and one can wish that this attitude will be find in most of the restaurants. I wish this restaurant all the best in 2023 and hope they’ll be even better (even there is no need for that, it’s already really good there) and have many guests. And also I would like to say thank you to our waiter Marcel from Slovak Republic, he was great:)

Wolfgang Puck is perfect for breakfast, both for the newly-arrived and for those who meet them. The menu offers a wide choice of tempting dishes. My daughter ordered the wild mushroom omelette and I ordered separate items, the scrambled eggs, which were fluffy, just the way I like them, as well as crispy bacon. Before that, we both had freshly-squeezed orange juice, the real thing! Our breakfast was served by Marcel, from Slovakia, who was very helpful and speaks English perfectly.

I didn't hold high expectations for an airport restaurant, but just at the entrance, I was really surprised by the exceptional hospitality of the waiter Marcel. Simple pasta that I ordered surpassed all my expectations, it was an absolute delight.
A coffee and cheesecake for the desert - the cake had just perfect texture and taste, also really nicely served, covered with a red berry sauce and pieces of mixed berries.
Marcel's warm hospitality in a cosy ambiente, combined with tasteful food, truly brightened my day. Higly recommended for a great dining experience.

My recent airport dining experience at Wolfgang Puck exceeded all expectations. Despite the fast-paced environment, Norbert provided exceptional service. He efficiently took my order, offered helpful suggestions, and ensured a pleasant meal. The food at Wolfgang Puck was absolutely delicious, delivered promptly, and surpassed my expectations. Amidst the airport hustle, Wolfgang Puck offers a welcomed respite. Norbert's attentive and professional service made my dining experience truly memorable. Exceptional experience from start to finish. Despite it being a busy airport restaurant, the atmosphere was relaxed and not too noisy. The menu was extensive with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The food was delicious, but what really made our evening was the attentive and friendly service from the waiter called Marcel.

My husband and I had an excellent dinner, and enjoyed excellent service as well from our waiter Szilveszter. The roasted chicken and the Kaertner Kasnudeln were very well prepared and the portions were generous.
The ambiance were average due to being located in an airport, but the quality of the meal and service was worth the trip to the airport.

An unexpected turn of events led us here with cancellation of our homeward flight. Great pizza, my garlic intolerance was considerably attended to by our lovely waiter Marcel who kept a nice smile on his face despite many customers turning up feeling frustrated. Thank you Marcel for the excellent service and the smiley face and positive attitude! Other restaurants would benefit from more Marcels! Vielen dank 🙏🏼😊

Good place to eat when you land or fly out if you desire before taking the S7 (OBB app) to Karlsplatz (Vienna Centre); the service was great (my waiter Marcel was very attentive). Food was good/portion was good; ofc had the Traditional Wiener Schnitzel with Kartoffelsalat (time when I went was around ~22€). They have other dishes inside thats good; All-in-All great experience! Also you can chill out with a bier/food there if you’re waiting to kill time before heading to the hotel/or flight.

I would not bother to eat at any W+P airport joints in the US airport. But when in Vienna, you cannot miss the local/national/global star chef restaurant right inside of the airport. The sleek interior design separated from the airport cafeteria joint, and the overall greetings from all staff were authentic and genuine.
Per suggestion, sticking to the traditional Austrian food was a wiser choice as it was so good.
The highlight? was the service by the waiter who was in charge of my table, and his name was Marcel. I felt the service was very special and exceptional as I had experienced the worst service at the Graz airport bar (after you pass the security) where I waited 20+ minutes to get the order, the waiter carried very rude demure, and added his own tip and charged to my credit card.
I am a firm believer that the service you get from hospitality, food, and entertainment makes the icing on the cake and leaves a well-branded experience memory for a long time.
I am heading back to Vienna soon and Wolfgang Puck Kitchen & Bar will be my go-to place to get the best food and services.

We had brunch here before our flight back home and were served by the waiter called Marcel. Marcel was a really nice guy and very friendly! We took some French toast with fruit and a breakfast bowl and we were very satisfied with the price and quality of the food. 5/5 will come back next time!

Had lunch at the Vienna Airport and we were glad we did. From start to finish the food and service were great. Our waiter Marcel was very attentive and enhanced our dining experience by ensuring our order came out in a timely manner. The food was delicious only sad we could not stay more days to try other items on the menu. Would definitely recommend if one has time for a meal when arriving or departing from the Vienna Airport.

Dining by chance at Wolfgang Puck kitchen & bar at Wien airport, We were very positive impressed by the high quality of food, the crystal kitchen that shows you the brigade and chefs, by courtesy and professionality of the staff, Marcel our waiter, has been always attentive, discrete, kind.
We recommend this restaurant to all travellers, or their relatives or friends before a departure.

Airport restaurants are usually not the best when it comes to food and service. This one is a real exception, food is super delicious, atmosphere is very friendly and service is excellent. Big thanks especially to Norbert who has exceptionall approach to his job which added to our great experience. Definitely will come back once in Vienna airport again!
