My boyfriend and I popped in for Strudel and coffee during our trip to Vienna, and while the food was great, we left quite irritated with the service staff. Slow, not that friendly and tip expectations were outrageous. Our waitress deducted was she thought was...More

We have tried some ice cream bowls, they were on the average level, we have eaten both better and worse in the neighbourhood. Why I chose to comment on the place is the quality of service, which was really annoying. It took some time while...More

Lovely place to stop for a melange and a slice of sacher torte. Staff are very firendly and servcie is quick even though it always seems to be very busy

We popped by to have an apple strudel and a black forest cake, both were nice and tasty. The service was quick and good and you'll find both tourists and locals there.

This is an overrated so called "italian" ice salon. Nothing to do with Italy.... It was crowded, one can hardly walk between the tables. Service is of an incredible rudeness. The decoration of the salon is totally worn out and of a very bad taste....More

I had better ice creams before. Good prices. The staff was rude and unpleasant. I tried coconut and pistachio. My mother tried coffee and chocolate. Just an ordinary ice cream...

We didn' t know that place before, and passing by we saw very nice pastery... we came in and we had no regrets at all. All was good and people very welcoming. Highly recommended place 😍.

Well... the cake wasn't superb and the service wasn't fast. But we wanted something for desert. I loved the sacherl and apfelstrudel ice-cream though.
