We went to the restaurant Kahlenberg when we did the City Hiking Trail 1. We very much enjoyed our meal on the terrace. The food was very good and tasty. And the view was wonderful!
Its already said in other reviews and in April 2017 it is obviously still the same: The view is wonderful. The restaurant inside: poor service. Waiters are not connected with their customers. They act robotic ordered by a man at the door who seems to...More
Yes, as lots of reviewers said it's worth the trip and easy to get there (U4 to Heikigenstadt and the 38a to Kahlenberg - all on the same ticket). When we got up there on a beautiful winter's day the view was hazy but you...More

The atmosphere and decor is excellent. Chic! We really liked the food. The only downside is that the prices are a bit too steep
We were there for brunch and dinner and really liked it! Highly recommended! Very good food, very friendly and helpful staff, but the best was the breathtaking view!
