Great environment and great / friendly service. Pizza offering is just amazing. From basic to real gourmet. Something for everyone. Margaritas were splendid, Capricciosa as well. Following the recommendation, I took pizza with cooked ham and pistachio cream, and it was delicious. Little Cannoli and...proper Espresso on the end was great finish. Well deserved position among 10 best pizzerias in Europe.More

The food was very good, but the way they ask you for the bill and take you out of the restaurant because your reservation ended is aggressive and hostile on the part of the team, it's a stressful experience because you can't finish eating your...order because they ask you to go because your reservation endedMore

We were here the third time. As previously reviewed, we were always satisfied. This time, food was also good, but the place absolutely packed, extremely loud, sticky, and stinky. We had to wait ages to order... The toilet was disgracefully disgusting... If we are to...ever come again, definitely not in the evening or in busy hours.More

Delish. So good. Even when it's cream sauce (I usually prefer tomato based) and aubergine (I usually prefer something with ham but my friend was vegetarian). Chewy neapolitan crust, super thin base, whatever the toppings you know it'll be great. Arancini was artistically plated, passable...but not quite the taste I was looking for still. The Fennel Apple salad was outstanding, refreshing and amazing how they were able to slice the apple to that fine-ness. Even the bottled Lemon Tea was perfect. Service was on point too. The server saw our table was full and brought a stand to lift the pizza, creating more space on the table. Best to make reservations in advance, it's so easy to do so online via their website.More

We came here after we read an article rating this place as the Nr. 31 Pizza restaurant in the world and got disappointed. We booked the table 3 weeks ahead and were already at the booking informed that there would be a 1,5 hour serving...window. The 1,5 hour reservation window leads to a very stressful atmosphere. As soon you sit down, the waitress pushes for the decision on drink and food. We didn´t really have time to look properly at a very confusing menu. We just opted for a pizza to safe time in the end. No adjustments to toppings on the pizza possible. All in all a very disappointing experience and I actually had better neapolitanian pizzas before.More

This place is a good value for the prices ... First we arrived at 6:22 for a 6:30 reservation and we were told to wait (there is no bar area to get a drink while you wait) Once seated the service was nice and holy...cow lightning fast ... our starters literally came within 3 minutes of ordering them, as for the pizza ... it was good but I've had better ... don't get me wrong ... if you are tired of German food while in Vienna for sure try this place ... We were in and out in 45 minutes ... You must have reservations ... the lady at the door was turning away tons of people without reservations and I must say the place was packed not one open tableMore

Came here for lunch and were happy with our choice. Run by Italians like it should. Kind personnel, good wines and the pizzas are astonishing. Especially the signature/ chef’s special pizzas. Quite a high price for a pizza but the unique taste and combination of...ingredients made sure we loved every bite of it.More

Not very serviceminded staff My friends and I had booked a table for 21:00. In the end we endeed up being 4 instead of 3 guests. We arrived and the staff told os it would not be posible to put up an extra chair at...the table with the reason that, some guests might find it offensive. We were left with the choice to leave or bring the pizza home. We chooze to bring the pizza home. While waiting we saw plenty of tables with extra chairs and several tables empty and with room enough for 4, but we were not offerend the table. We brought the food home and that was delicious, but we all agreed that the service of the staff was not attentive of flexible at allMore

We planned to celebrate Daughter's Birthday. 18 years. Booked a table online. Indicated "Birthday". We arrived just in time to place our order and enjoy delicious food and drinks. After 1.5 hours, when we ordered dessert, the waiter asked us to leave the restaurant. None...of the staff warned us that we had to eat their pizza very quickly. Via Toledo Enopizzeria made my daughter's birthday tough. I will dissuade everyone from visiting this place. Pizza is delicious and very very very bad service. Conclusion, we are not going back to via Toledo We will forget this restaurant.More

We booked q table here under the recommandation of a family member, fan and expert in pizza. We came on time to restaurant. Full of people, waiting for table even booked. After few minutes, our table was ready and well prepared! Via Toledo proposes many...diverse pizzas, no pastas, no risotto, nothing else! We took each a different pizza. Amazing! Tasty! Fresh! Wine was very very very good. Tiramisu was very very fresh and nice, as well as Nutella pizza! 240e for bottle of Prosceco, bottle of wine, 6 pizza, 2 bottle of mineral water, 3 tiramisu and 1 pizza nutella, 4 expresso and 4 limoncello, quite nice price. If you re in Vienna, even if a bit out of heart of city center, take a taxi (5 to 6 euros) and go there, but book before, because it s demanded!More

Via Toledo is by far the best pizzeria in Vienna, as italian I always feel at home when I come here. When you go there, ask about Mattia, he will wonderfully take care of you.

To be honest I do not get how they won 1st Pizza Award in Europe. Pizza is good but extremely oily/salty/cheesy. On top of that, prices are high for just a pizza (18€). I higly recommend visiting Disco Volante instead!
