Tis place should be closed down, the way they treat customers is disgraceful. My wife and I stopped off for a coffee and cake and the order was taked fairly promptly our order arrived quite quickly but the waiter just didn't only deliver the order,...More

Best to reserve a table as this is a very popular viennese place. Old fashioned charm and you really feel like being back in time.

Nice cafe and quite ok cakes and food. However we didn't notice that tip was already included in our bill. We actually checked the bill but tip was hidden there in the middle of the bill in german so we ended up tipping them twice...More

Caffé Schwarzenberg very old caffeteria in centre of Vienna which I visit everytime when I'm in Vienna. There you can feel like in 19th century. This time I tried their goulash soup - it was a little bit spicy but amazing. Staff was very friendly...More

Cafe schwarzenberger has a fantastic old decor, an ideal place to go for a coffee/hot chocolate and a sachertorte! Friendly staff and very classy decor. I went here during my stay in Vienna and absolitely fell in love with it!

Beautiful interior & ambience. Coffee good, cakes less so. Service good but waiters a bit overpowering. The one we had made it very clear he expected to be tipped. Very formal manner. But cafe certainly worth a visit.

We stopped for a light dessert and coffee mid afternoon. The Cafe is worth the experience. Many people, traditional waiters, bustling environment. Probably best for coffee not for lunch or dinner. It was a fun experience in a centuries old coffee house where intellectuals used...More

It is sober looking serious place. Per se not child friendly. However, we saw children and prams when we were there. I would think it can be done.
